This is the first post on my new blog. On this blog, I will be posting a lot of my healthy recipes I create along with important nutrition information I learn from my college courses. I am in school to become a Dietitian, so all of this information is my passion. As for how I eat, I am vegetarian, sugar free, dairy free, and gluten free.
